Even though we love skincare, it's sometimes confusing in which order to apply each product so that they complement each other in the best possible way. Here's a little overview:

By the way, a good tip is to start with thin, watery textures when skincare and finish with the rich, creamy textures.

We are very pleased that you would like to test our products. Currently we do not offer samples/test sizes. However, you are welcome to test the products from our online store risk-free and return them within 30 days free of charge. You can find more information about this in the cancellation policy.

You can order lovemore products directly in our lovemore online store. Furthermore, the products can be purchased at the teleshopping channel HSE24.

Ideally, all products should be stored at 8 to 25 degrees.

The products have an unopened shelf life of at least 30 months. After opening, the products are stable as long as the PAO (period after opening) jar symbol indicates (e.g. 12M = 12 months).

Yes, all lovemore products are vegan and therefore free from ingredients of animal origin.

The entire lovemore product range is not tested on animals and we strictly reject any kind of animal testing! In addition, animal testing for cosmetic purposes has been banned in the European Union for several years.

All packages are shipped with standard shipping from us.

Usually the delivery time within Austria and Germany is 1-3 business days. For orders with delivery to all other countries we supply, it can take up to 7 business days. As soon as the package is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email. This will contain the tracking number and a link to track the shipment. Otherwise you can simply enter your tracking number on this page.

In Austria, our shipping partner is the Austrian Post. In Germany this part is taken over by DHL.

Of course you can have the package delivered to a package station. Please enter the package station and the corresponding number in the street. Please add your customer number/mail number in the company line. This will ensure that the package will be delivered reliably.

Please first check the delivery status in the shipment tracking, which you have received from us by e-mail. Sometimes the shipping partner may have a delay in delivery.

If nothing changes in your delivery status for a week, please contact our team lovemore. Our customer service will be happy to take all further steps for you.

For shipping within Germany, we use the "GoGreen" service of our shipping partner DHL. This offsets the greenhouse gases caused by shipping by investing in climate protection projects.

Order

In our online store you can pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Sofort Überweisung and by invoice with Klarna. You can find more information about the payment methods on Payments.

The discount code will be entered directly in the order process in the field "Discount code". Please pay attention to the upper and lower case, so that the code is recognised by the system.

Once your order is ready to ship, another email with the invoice will be sent in addition to the shipping confirmation. The invoice is for your information and is not a request for payment.

In this case, please contact our team lovemore as soon as possible via our contact form.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so unfortunately a cancellation is not possible. However, a return within 30 days is of course possible.

Returns

Products purchased in our lovemore online store can be returned to us free of charge via our returns portal within 30 days without giving any reason.

You are welcome to test our products and return them within 30 days via our returns portal.

Attention: Please note that shipping costs are not refundable in case of return.

If products from the order need to be returned, this can be done in our returns portal by entering the order number and postal code. At the end of the return process, the return label is created and with this the package can be returned to us.

Once we receive the return, we will refund the amount for the returned products. Depending on the payment method, this can take up to 30 days.

Attention: Please note that shipping costs are not refundable in case of return.

Customer account & newsletter

We are very pleased that you want to create a customer account. Please go to our Create Account page and fill in all the necessary data for registration. Afterwards you will immediately receive an email to activate your account. After activation the registration is completed.

Of course you can also order in our lovemore online store without a customer account. However, a customer account helps you to keep track of your orders and makes it easier to place new orders.

By creating an account you are not automatically registered for the newsletter. A registration for the newsletter can be done additionally during the registration, if you want to.

No problem! Just click on the field "Forgot password" to create a new password.

Maybe you don't have a customer account yet. A newsletter registration is also possible without an account. You can create a customer account for our lovemore online store on the create customer account page.

We are pleased that you would like to be informed regularly about all news concerning lovemore. You can easily register for this on the Newsletter page.

After you have signed up for the newsletter, you will immediately receive an activation email. When you click the "Confirm registration" button, you will be taken directly to our website where you will receive the welcome discount.
